Bath Time

As Spring approaches, I like to spruce up my plants and get them ready for another successful growing season. This involves removing dead/dying leaves, trimming old stems, cutting back leggy growth on the larger plants... and bathing! Being closed up in the house all winter, all my plants get very dusty.

The photo above encompasses less than half of my collection, so this process takes awhile. Schlep the plants to the tub or sink and spray thoroughly with room-temp. water from an adjustable-nozzle spray bottle.

Adler thinks he is posing as a plant on the empty-ish shelf. That's Matt's Silver Dollar Crassula on the right...isn't it glorious? Yes, Adler, you are glorious too.
